Workshop #1: Chineseness as a Leadership Asset Chinese Canadians are deeply involved in community life, yet often underrepresented where decisions are made. This workshop creates space to name that gap and center the wisdom, resilience, and leadership strengths that come with Chinese Canadian identity. In this interactive 2‑hour session, we&rsquo;ll explore how Chinese Canadian identity, values, and lived experience are not just personal background, but real leadership assets in civic and community spaces. Through guided reflection, shared stories, and practical frameworks, you&rsquo;ll have a chance to see your identity differently&mdash;and to talk about it with more confidence and clarity.
