Join us for Club Impact BINGO Night 🎉 &mdash; a relaxed, social evening where adults (18+) with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities connect, laugh, and play together. We will provide snacks and prizes! Come have a good time in an inclusive and positive environment!&nbsp;

Club Impact BINGO night - August 3rd

Join our Summer Walk and Roll 🚶&zwj;♀️🧑&zwj;🦽 for a relaxed, accessible outing with The Arc Portland Metro community. We&rsquo;ll move at a comfortable pace, with plenty of breaks. Summer Walk and Roll - August

Summer Blast is an annual tradition with Club Impact! There will be food, lawn games, crafts, and good vibes galore. The Arc is provide Hamburgers, Hotdogs, and vegan options.****Bring a store bought potluck item and receive an additional 10 tickets!**** Cost:&nbsp;$10 (includes 5 raffle tickets!) Providers who are not eating can attend free. Buy extra raffle tickets ahead of time: $1 for 5 tickets (buy as many as you want!)

Summer Blast 2026

Join us for Bingo Night at Club Impact, a fun and social evening for adults in the Intellectual and Developmental Disability (I/DD) community to connect, play bingo, and enjoy time with friends. 💵 Cost: $5.00 entry for participants &mdash; caregivers attend free 🍪 Food: Snacks will be available🎲 Bingo cards are provided (no markers needed). Enjoy chances to win prizes in a relaxed, welcoming Club Impact environment. By attending The Arc PDX events you are agreeing to post participation guidelines and photo release to be used for promotion and/or advertisement purposes including social media.&nbsp;

Club Impact BINGO night - September 14th

Get ready to move and groove at one of Club Impact&rsquo;s most high-energy monthly event: Dance Night with DJ Lamar! It&rsquo;s a fun, positive, &nbsp;and inclusive space for adults in the Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) community to dance, socialize, and enjoy a night out. When:6:00 PM to 8:00 PM 👥&nbsp;Who: Adults in the IDD community, their families, and support staff 💵 Cost: $5.00 entry for participants &mdash; caregivers attend free Perks: Snacks are provided🎧 Come dance to your favorite songs from DJ Lamar, and enjoy the vibrant, supportive community vibe that makes Club Impact special. By attending events hosted by The Arc PDX you are agreeing to all participation guidelines and photo release for promotion, advertisement, and social media use.&nbsp;

Come have a great time in an inclusive and positive environment!&nbsp; Attending The Arc PDX events implies agreement to follow all participation guidelines as well as photo release for promotion, advertisement, and social media use.&nbsp;

Club Wellness Tuesday in Beaverton! Club Wellness is a 12-week program to learn about healthy eating, movement, and wellness topics. Each class will consist of adaptive and inclusive movement, a healthy recipe, and wellness tips to increase overall health. Participants will create S.M.A.R.T. goals to track throughout the course and celebrate progress each week!&nbsp; The Tuesday evening class will meet 1x weekly, 6pm-8pm, from September 15th-December 8th, with the week of Thanksgiving off. It is okay if you have to miss some of the sessions! Once you register more information will be sent to you! INW clients will receive 50% off of registration - ask you PA for the code!

Club Wellness Friday in Portland! Club Wellness is a 12-week program to learn about healthy eating, movement, and wellness topics. Each class will consist of adaptive and inclusive movement, a healthy recipe, and wellness tips to increase overall health. Participants will create S.M.A.R.T. goals to track throughout the course and celebrate progress each week!&nbsp; The Friday class will meet 1x weekly, 1pm-3pm, from September 18th-December 12th, with the week of Thanksgiving off. It is okay if you need to miss a class! Let the instructor know and they will give you any class material you miss.&nbsp; Once you register more information will be sent to you! INW clients will receive 50% off of registration - ask you PA for the code!
