Women&rsquo;s EmpowHERment: Eat Your Dessert First! is a transformational one-day experience designed to help women break free from the rules that keep them small and step boldly into the life God is calling them to live. Through powerful teaching, gentle flow yoga, healing conversations, creative exercises, and joyful movement, participants will reconnect with their bodies, their voices, and their purpose. This sacred space invites women to heal old patterns, claim their worth, and design a future rooted in confidence, faith, and freedom&mdash;while enjoying great food, sisterhood, and a few well-deserved moments of joy along the way.
