Means in PracticeA.T.R. is not a theory—it is direct support in action.Accountability: Each participant works one-on-one with a reentry specialist to develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP), set clear goals, and remain accountable during the critical first months after release.Transcendence: Through trauma-informed mental health support, peer mentoring, and purpose-driven guidance, participants are supported in healing, growth, and personal transformation.Reentry: We provide hands-on support with employment readiness, job placement, family reunification, and access to essential community resources.Our work begins before release and continues after individuals return home, ensuring continuity, trust, and long-term stability.Why This MattersThe first six months after release are the most vulnerable period for returning citizens.
