Join Lexy Wilson, Clinical Director of The Early Development Partnership Foundation and Speech Pathologist / Early Intervention Specialist, for a practical information session covering the NDIS Early Childhood pathway. We will cover: &bull; Criteria for accessing Early Childhood Early Intervention supports &bull; The role of the Early Childhood Partner &bull; How to submit an application/referral &bull; What happens after your referral has been submitted &bull; Helpful reports and documentation to have ready &bull; How to prepare a strong Carer Impact Statement Structure:2:00&ndash;2:30pm &ndash; Information session 2:30&ndash;3:00pm &ndash; Q&amp;A and practical guidance on writing a Carer Impact Statement Location:&nbsp;Woy Woy SACCS @ Woy Woy Public School Need to bring your child?
