Monthly Moms Connect Circle is a relaxed space for you to ask questions, share real experiences, and hear evidence-based guidance on parenting, health, and family well-being 😊. Each month, we focus on one practical topic like sleep, feeding, mental health, or navigating school and talk through what actually works day to day. Join other moms who value accurate information, honest conversation, and a supportive community ❤️.For the month of July, we will have a summer fun outdoor event and it promises to be an amazing time.&nbsp;

Pregnancy comes with a lot of information &mdash; and sometimes even more questions.Join The Informed Moms Network for a practical 1-Hour Prenatal Crash Class designed to help expectant mothers understand some of the essentials of pregnancy, prepare for conversations with their healthcare providers, and feel more confident about the journey ahead.In this one-hour session, we&#39;ll cover key topics including:&bull; Understanding your prenatal care &bull; Important questions to ask your healthcare providerMaking informed choices about your care &bull; What to start thinking about before baby arrives &bull; Trusted resources and where to get additional supportThere will also be an opportunity to ask questions.Who is this for?
