The MAN DOWN Project empowers boys and men to embrace vulnerability and redefine masculinity. Through workshops and storytelling, it fosters emotional growth and connection, addressing the societal pressures that shape male identity.

It centers on the innocence, imagination, vulnerability, and possibility of boyhood - before those qualities are shaped by the expectations of masculinity, family, culture, and society. We will explore the tension between the boys we were and the men we became.</p>
