Wick-Flix is Painswick&rsquo;s cosy community cinema night 🎬&mdash;bringing neighbours together at The Painswick Centre for films, friendly chat, and a relaxed evening out. Wick-Flix returns with Rental Family, a warm comedy-drama starring Brendan Fraser. Set in Tokyo, the film follows an American actor who takes a job with a &ldquo;rental family&rdquo; agency, where he is hired to play stand-in roles in other people&rsquo;s lives. By registering below, you help us plan seats, snacks, and a welcoming space for everyone. Your booking supports our mission to keep the Centre a lively home for arts, culture, and local gatherings. Pre-book before midday on 17th July to get a discount on your entry ticket.

Dance the night away at our Silent Disco 🎧 at The Painswick Centre, where three music channels meet one shared dancefloor. Pick your favourite beats, set your own volume, and enjoy a different kind of night out in our community hub. Your booking helps keep the Centre buzzing with local arts, music, and gatherings. Silent Disco

The Painswick Centre is proud to give you Utrillo jazz Trio. Utrillo are a jazz trio with&nbsp;Francis Sanville - Piano, Peter Martin - Double Bass, and Richie Ashton-Philips - Drums.&nbsp;We specialise in melodic, sophisticated jazz with arrangements influenced by classical harmony, and the modern jazz artists of the 50s/60s/70s.&nbsp; We will also have the Bar open and an external Food vendor available for you to purchase something Yummy to make the evening a great event.&nbsp; Doors open at 6.30pm Utrillo start 7.30.

Utrillo Jazz Trio

Hop along to Wick-Flix for a heart-warming Australian comedy filled with friendship, community and some irresistibly charming joeys. After a very public career mishap, television personality Chris Masterman finds himself stranded in a remote town near Alice Springs. There he meets 12-year-old Charlie, and the unlikely pair begin caring for a group of orphaned baby kangaroos. As Chris becomes part of the local community, he discovers that rescuing the joeys might also help him find a new direction in life. Inspired by a true story, Kangaroo is a funny, uplifting family film with spectacular Outback scenery and plenty of furry scene-stealers. Starring: Ryan Corr, Lily Whiteley and Deborah Mailman
