The Partnership For Children Of Wayne County Inc

The Partnership for Children of Wayne County supports families by providing resources and programs that promote child development and well-being. Their mission is to enhance the lives of children and families through education, advocacy, and community engagement.

As most of Wayne County providers has chosen pathway 2, This training is designed to help providers understand and implement the steps required to meet the chosen stars for their pathway. The training will go through the different check list for family community engagement, CQI, and approved curriculum. Participants will learn how to collect the documents needed and organize their binders for the DCDEE childcare consultants.

QRIS Learning Lab-Virtual

This training will describe strategies for participants to reflect on their own responsive relationship practices. Participants will explore teacher-child relationships along with clarifying conversations to include race and anti-bias. Participants will explore responsive relationship practices as well as identify strategies to promote peer relationships between children. (Ann Carter HSB Coach)

The Eastern North Carolina Gang Conference brings together law enforcement professionals, educators, community leaders, and service providers to address current trends in gang activity, youth violence, prevention, intervention, and community safety. Attendees will gain practical knowledge from experienced speakers, learn about successful strategies being used across the state, and explore collaborative approaches to keeping North Carolina communities safe.&nbsp; Lunch will be provided.
