Therapist Resource Network connects mental health professionals for support and community. They offer safe spaces to share experiences, process challenges, and foster resilience, ensuring therapists feel less isolated in their vital work.

Therapist Resource Network welcomes <a fr-original-style="" href="http://www.natashalmhc.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: initial; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">Natasha D&#39;Arcangelo</a>, QS, LMHC, LPC (she/her) to offer a free workshop for mental health clinicians: Sustainable Clinical Practice-Combating Compassion Fatigue. In this engaging and informational session, participants can expect to: -Define compassion fatigue&nbsp;-Identify 3 or more symptoms of compassion fatigue&nbsp;-Describe how to measure the severity of compassion fatigue symptoms&nbsp;-Begin working on a sustainability plan to manage symptoms of compassion fatigue. Each month, TRN will host a different Burnout Prevention and Recovery Workshop to provide a focused space for mental health professionals to step back from overwhelm and reconnect with sustainable practice. These workshops aim to support our mission to strengthen therapist well-being and professional growth.&nbsp;

Sustainable Clinical Practice: Combating Compassion Fatigue

Burnout Intervention: How to Improve your Window of Tolerance in Under 10 Minutes

Therapist Resource Network welcomes <a fr-original-style="" href="https://ivoryandpine.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: initial; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">Laura Meyer, LPC, ACS</a> (she/her). In this engaging and informational session, participants can expect to: -Recognize forms of primary trauma that can occur within the therapeutic context, including client-perpetrated violence, threats, boundary violations, grief, contentious court case involvement, and betrayal trauma; as well as common barriers to recognition.-Identify the unique impact of professionally-acquired trauma on therapists&#39; clinical practice, personal well-being, and career sustainability.-Implement evidence-based strategies for prevention, early intervention, and recovery when experiencing trauma in professional settings.
