TLLM 20th Anniversary

We are excited to invite you to join us on a mission! This fall (October 24-31, 2026) This Little Light Ministries is sending out a team of 31 to Centro Integral Materno Infantil &ldquo;VIDA&rdquo;, Inc. (a school for impoverished children in the Dominican Republic). &nbsp;This school was started by Dr. Enerio Mercedes and his family. &nbsp;They provide a Christian education, daily meals, clean water, and medical attention to the children of Punta de Garza Dominican Republic. &nbsp;This Little Light Ministries (a 501 c (3) nonprofit organization) has been called to come alongside CIMIV assisting them with monthly financial support, mission teams, and continued prayer. The mission statement of TLLM is: To shine the light of Jesus by spiritually and financially supporting &nbsp; &nbsp;Centro Integral Materno Infantil Vida (CIMIV) and the surrounding sugar cane villages, by offering mission teams opportunities to build faith and break down spiritual barriers. We aim to provide purposeful mission trips, prayer, service, learning opportunities and to spread Christ&rsquo;s love, whiledeepening relationships and faith along the way.While at the school we will lift up and encourage the teachers, staff and students as well as Dr. Enerio and his family. &nbsp;We do this through Bible stories, puppet shows, songs and crafts for the students, teacher appreciation night and sharing time for the teachers and staff. &nbsp;But most of all by sharing the love of Christ with all whom we meet while there. &nbsp;We will also spend one day distributing foods packets, ministering to, and providing basic medical care to the workers and their families in the sugar cane villages. &nbsp; Please pray for this team as we carry God&rsquo;s light to the children of CIMIV, the community of Punta de Garza, and into the sugar cane villages.&nbsp; In order to cover the cost each team member will need to raise at least $1700.00. &nbsp;Please consider supporting your team member and be and be a part of this mission. &nbsp;Your prayers and support are what keep these ministries alive and are greatly appreciated from here to the Dominican Republic.
