TONE CLUSTER

Tone Cluster is a vibrant and inclusive choral organization for 2SLGBTQIA+ people and is prominent in Ottawa’s queer and arts communities. The organization is made up of two choirs: 'Tone Cluster - quite a queer choir' and 'Queer Cadence'.

Join us at the Season of Light concert to celebrate the turning of the year! To welcome back the light, Tone Cluster and Queer Cadence choirs present music of Solstice and Yule. Harmony and hope intertwine as we honour this moment of stillness with songs of reflection, renewal, and joy. Come warm your spirit! The concert will be approx. 75 mins (no intermission) with a light reception to follow.&nbsp; The venue is Centretown United, which is a wheelchair accessible space and has gender neutral single stall washrooms. I Will Sing and Be Brave: A Concert for Trans Day of Remembrance

RISE returns! Building on last year&rsquo;s concert of protest songs, this year&rsquo;s program continues the call to action by challenging the expectations that hold us back while embracing the change needed to move forward. Urgent, hopeful, and powerful, RISE blurs the line between stage and seats as we raise our voices together.&nbsp; The concert will be approx. 75 mins with an intermission.&nbsp; The venue is First Unitarian, which is a wheelchair accessible space and has gender neutral single stall washrooms in addition to multiple stall gendered washrooms. Seating is cushioned wooden pews. The space is secular in nature.&nbsp; Free parking is available on site and there are nearby bus stops. A concert by Tone Cluster - quite a queer choir, with a special performance by Queer Cadence.&nbsp; The concert will be approx. 60 mins with no intermission.&nbsp; The venue is Centretown United, which is a wheelchair accessible space and has gender neutral single stall washrooms.
