Tracy Councill, MA ATR-BC, LCPAT was an artist, educator, and art therapist based in Richmond, Virginia. She spent her professional life as an art therapist and founded Tracy's Kids to provide pediatric cancer patients and their families the support and creativity they deserved amidst challenging circumstances. Tracy’s family and friends created a book to accompany the Tread Softly exhibition, which explores her artistic process and research. Proceeds from the sale of the book will launch a stipend program to support master’s candidates who work in an Art Therapy program established through a Tracy’s Kids grant.
