As Founder and Executive Director, Tom has been more than a leader; he&rsquo;s been a trusted partner, connector, advisor, mentor, champion, and friend whose impact can be seen in the lives he&rsquo;s touched, the relationships he&rsquo;s built, and the community that has grown around him. And if you know Tom, chances are you&rsquo;ve got a story to tell. Now, after more than two decades of leadership, Tom is retiring &mdash; and he&rsquo;s turning 60!
