The Ugly Angel Memorial Foundation honors the 33 members of HMM-362 by maintaining and flying the YL-37 helicopter. This living memorial educates communities and veterans about their stories, ensuring their sacrifices are never forgotten.

Join us for an unforgettable evening supporting the mission of YL-37, the Flying Memorial.&nbsp; The Ugly Angel Memorial Foundation, a 501(c)(3), invites you to our first annual Reverse Raffle Fundraiser at Willow Brook Barn in Colo, Iowa on Saturday September 5th. With only 200 tickets available, every ticket holder has a chance to win the grand prize of $10,000 while helping preserve and operate YL-37, a Vietnam-era UH-34D helicopter that serves as a living memorial to the 33 members of Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron HMM-362 &quot;Ugly Angels&quot; who never returned home. Your ticket includes admission for TWO to an exciting evening of drawings, live and silent auction items, fellowship, catered meal, open bar and patriotic fun, all while supporting veteran outreach, educational programs, memorial flights, and the continued preservation of this historic aircraft. (Limit 4 Tickets) Only 200 raffle tickets will be sold, increasing your odds and making this one of the most exciting fundraising events of the year.
