Ujamaa Farmer Collective is seeking a highly organized, mission-driven Program Coordinator to support the administration, coordination, and implementation of the organization’s land access, farmer support, and conservation-focused agricultural programs.This role serves as a central operational and communication hub for the organization, supporting the day-to-day coordination of the Land Tenure Program, shared farm infrastructure systems, outreach activities, grant administration, and organizational operations. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the the Co-Executive Director, participating farmers, contractors, and community partners to ensure programs operate efficiently and in alignment with UFC’s mission of equitable land access, regenerative agriculture, and long-term agricultural conservation.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working in both office and farm-based environments, and capable of balancing administrative systems with people-centered program coordination.
