Annual Gardenton Ukrainian Festival

Join us on Fall Supper day to learn how Ukrainian pioneers made their food and clothing.&nbsp; Clay oven bread baking 101&nbsp;Learn how wheat was grown and prepared, what it took to make and maintain a clay oven, and how to make the yummiest fresh bread you&#39;ve ever had. Come home with a fresh loaf of bread.Wool spinning and weaving 101&nbsp;Learn what it took to make a sheep&#39;s fleece into a beautiful woven runner or piece of clothing, from spinning the wool to using a loom to weave the threads together. Come home with a custom wool craft. Both workshops for $15 or attend one workshop for $10. Ages 12 and up welcome! 18 spots available.&nbsp; Non-registered spectators welcome to come-and-go &mdash; space in workshop areas may be limited. Please dress for the weather!
