Do you have big dreams for the future… but don’t know where to start? Have you ever caught yourself saying:“I don’t have enough money yet to save… or even think about buying a home.” “I don’t really understand investing, so I’ll wait.” "I’ll start after I pay everything off.” You’re not alone. Most women have had one or all of these thoughts. But here’s the truth we don’t say out loud enough: Waiting is the most expensive decision you can make. Not because you’re doing anything wrong. But because time is the one thing saving and investing needs to work in your favor. This next Women United conversation is about changing that. We’re starting where you are, and walking through what it looks like to move from managing money… to growing it and having it work for you. From understanding your finances and debt to: → building assets (yes, real assets in your name) → preparing, strategically and creatively, for homeownership Join us for an authentic conversation about money - and how you can make it matter. Featuring: Veronica Deraleau, Financial Coach & Author of Making Money Is SimpleJustina Stoddert, Mortgage Loan Officer, MortgageOne NW Sponsored by Columbia Bank and Brown & Brown Insurance.

Am I capable? Do I belong in the rooms I’m stepping into? Then this conversation is for you.Come sit with us.Bring your curiosity. Bring a friend. Bring the woman you are becoming. Featuring: Jackie Flowers, Director of Tacoma Public UtilitiesTosha Siebert, Transmission & Distribution Manager, Tacoma Public UtilitiesLaura Svancarek, Executive Director, Tacoma on the Go Enjoy some light bites and networking before and after the program. Sponsored by MCA Marketing in collaboration with Not Your Average Networking.
