Women United Zumba

An honest conversation about women&#39;s health, mental wellness, hormones, and why so many women feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and not quite like themselves. Featuring: Vicki Grimes, FNP/PMHNP-BCVicki Grimes is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, founder of Always Better Together PLLC, and visionary behind The Melody House, a transitional /group housing program serving women experiencing housing instability. With more than 18 years of healthcare experience, Vicki is passionate about providing compassionate, wholistic person centered care that addresses both the medical and emotional wellbeing. &nbsp;Through her clinical practice and community initiatives, she works to create pathways for healing, stability, and lasting transformation. Her mission is to help individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate life&#39;s challenges and move toward a healthier future. Marcy Meyer, MD, MSCPDr. Marcy Meyer is a U.S. military veteran and Direct Specialty Care physician who is also certified by The Menopause Society. Her career has been shaped by service, resilience, and a deep commitment to advancing women&rsquo;s health.&nbsp;After years of caring for others in demanding clinical and leadership roles, Dr. Meyer encountered the often-overlooked physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges of her own midlife menopause transition. Like many women, she experienced gaps in care, limited guidance, and a lack of comprehensive, individualized support.

Every bid helps support women in Pierce County who are working toward stability, education, career growth, and a stronger financial future. On Saturday, we won&rsquo;t just be sipping tea and looking cute (although yes, please do both). We are putting real support behind real women. This is your chance to browse the auction early, find something you love, bid boldly, and know this: your yes helps create breathing room, opportunity, and a next step for a woman in our community.
