Unseen Films Oregon is launching a major fundraising campaign with this event to support the production of its first feature film, Hold My Hand, a gothic horror drama written by and starring local producer Rose Harwood. Hold My Hand is scheduled to enter production this fall and represents a significant milestone for the Ashland-based nonprofit organization.&nbsp; The fundraiser, which includes a staged reading of an excerpt from the script, will support essential production costs, including cast and crew wages, insurance, equipment rentals, and post‑production. As a nonprofit organization, Unseen Films Oregon ensures that all contributions are tax‑deductible and directly support the creation of the film. Hold My Hand will be produced in Ashland, Oregon, with an all-woman and nonbinary cast and will create paid opportunities for local artists, many of them recent graduates of Southern Oregon University&rsquo;s Digital Cinema program.&nbsp; Unseen Films Oregon is a 501(c)(3) arts organization dedicated to supporting independent filmmakers, expanding creative opportunities in Southern Oregon, and amplifying underrepresented voices in film and media.
