UPLIFT Youth Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing youth with movement, mindfulness, and peer connection to support well-being and growth. We partner with schools and community organizations across Southern California to deliver research-based programs that build resilience, reduce stress, strengthen confidence, and social-emotional and workforce readiness skills. In 2025, we served more than 5,100 youth across 50+ schools and community partners.
