Hello and welcome!As a non-profit organization, we establish these fees to cover trophies, medals, ribbons, venues, and the play-off host schools' personnel. Schools that participate in all sports pay a $450.00 annual fee, and schools that participate in only two sports pay a $250.00 annual fee. *Only AZ accredited schools(public, charter, private) may apply for conference entry. *Each district/charter is responsible for hiring its home game referees/umpires.*Each district/charter is responsible for its transportation to away games.Respectfully,The VAC!
