Village Legal and Community Project empowers communities through pro bono legal services, economic development programs, and life readiness initiatives, ensuring access to justice and resources for underserved individuals and entrepreneurs.

Welcome to The Village Legal and Community Project&#39;s 2026 Silent Auction!&nbsp; Our mission is to empower the members of our communities. We are a community-based organization providing pro bono and sliding scale legal services and programming addressing economic development and life readiness. Our vision is to create communities where people have access to justice, students reach high levels of achievement, and our entrepreneurs receive the tools they need to launch and grow strong businesses.<ul fr-original-style="" id="isPasted" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Pro Bono Legal Services: We provide brief advice and counsel, limited representation and full legal representation to individuals who cannot aﬀord legal services. We address issues such as evictions, parenting time and child support and sealing and expungement of criminal records.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Economic Development Program: We support aspiring entrepreneurs from underserved communities with our B.O.S.S. cohorts and resources to establish sustainable businesses.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Life Readiness Programs: We teach our youth about entrepreneurship through our Baby B.O.S.S. cohorts. In addition, we offer resume bootcamps to assist our youth in preparing resumes, preparing for interviews and providing tips on how to keep their jobs once they get them.&nbsp;</li></ul> Each item up for bid has been generously donated by our supporters, partners, and sponsors, with all proceeds directly benefiting our cause of community empowerment. By participating in our auction, you&#39;re not just acquiring remarkable items; you&#39;re also making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
