The Virginia B. and David R. Jontes Foundation promotes animal welfare through education and training. They offer vital programs like Pet CPR & First Aid certification to empower pet owners and ensure the safety and well-being of pets in the community.

The Virginia B. Jontes and David R. Jontes Foundation is excited to offer a Pet CPR &amp; First Aid Certification Class. Due to the high demand for this class, we will be offering an additional offsite class at Chaparral Park Community Center in Scottsdale. PLEASE NOTE THIS CLASS IS NOT AT HEIDI&#39;S VILLAGE. The three-hour class will be taught by Kate Klasen of H.E.L.P. Kate has been trained by many national CPR organizations. Participants will receive hands-on instruction, including the opportunity to work with both a large and small live dog to learn proper pulse location and assessment, as well as basic patient evaluation techniques, and will leave with their Pet CPR certification wallet card.
