Washington, DC Chapter will gather this Saturday for a strategic offsite meeting to shape the organization&rsquo;s vision for the upcoming year.Leadership will focus on three core pillars:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Business Operations: Streamlining governance and member engagement.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Training: Expanding mentorship and leadership development programs.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Fundraising: Driving key philanthropic strategies to fund future scholarships and community outreach.</li></ul>The outcomes will guide chapter initiatives and enhance support for our members throughout the year ahead.

The Next Generation. West Hamilton is more than a brunch. It is one of our chapter&rsquo;s signature fundraising events, helping us raise the resources needed to provide scholarships, mentorship, professional development, and opportunities for the next generation of military leaders. Last year, the DC Chapter awarded five $1,000 scholarships to ROTC cadets, and we want to make an even greater impact this year. Your ticket purchase helps us continue that work while bringing together generations of ROCKS, junior officers, cadets, friends, and supporters for an afternoon of fellowship and connection. Early Bird Tickets &mdash; First 20 PurchasersTo kick off ticket sales, we are offering a special Early Bird rate to the first 20 purchasers through October 2.
