Le Désir : Montréal

A Canadian Gathering &ldquo;Going back to the beginning for a new beginning.&rdquo; This is the word the Lord spoke to us as a Canadian family at The Longing Gathering in Abbotsford last year, and it continues to burn in our hearts. We sense the longing of God and the longing of His people drawing together as He continues to prepare Canada to become a resting place for His Glory. In June, we gathered in St. John&rsquo;s, Newfoundland and Labrador, and witnessed how God has been preparing His family to welcome Him as one Head over one Body. We believe this is only the beginning. We foresee many more gatherings and strategic moments of convergence across Canada in the coming season. Now, we feel the Lord calling us to Montreal. As we step further into the promises He has spoken over our nation, Quebec and French-speaking Canadians carry a significant part of God&rsquo;s unfolding story in Canada.
