Your membership helps sustain over 50 hunts each season, polo matches, and year‑round care of the pack. &nbsp;Excitement is in the air: fall is almost here! We are getting horses legged up, and hounds fit- that means our 7th season of Wateree Hounds is about to start.&nbsp;&nbsp;If you&#39;ve ever &nbsp;been curious about foxhunting, this one day clinic is for you. You will have mounted lessons, educational talk about clothing/tack, and you will get to expose your horse safely to the pack of foxhounds. Lunch is included, and everyone will go home with a copy of Wadsworth&#39;s Riding to Hounds in America- the foxhunting bible. All clinic participants are also eligible for our discounted first year foxhunter rate. Non mounted individuals are also welcome to participate.&nbsp; Bring water &amp; hay for your horses, and a chair for yourself. Shavings, lunch and drinks are provided. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or preferences.&nbsp;

Introduction to Foxhunting

Join us for the 4th Annual Wateree Cup Polo, a day on the field that celebrates the timeless partnership of horse and rider and the historic landscapes that sustain them. Enjoy competitive polo, thoughtful horsemanship, and the easy camaraderie of our local community. &nbsp; We offer 2 polo matches with the top professional polo players, all day DJ entertainment, a traditional divot stomp, post match entertainment, and a welcoming family atmosphere. Kids often bring their soccer balls, footballs, and bikes for post game fun that lasts until sunset.&nbsp; Buy a ticket to our full service Kirkwood Club tent, purchase a tailgating spot, or come as a general admission ticket holder. No matter your ticket, you will have access to our wonderful vendor village, food vendors, and entertainment all day.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Your registration supports Wateree Hounds&rsquo; mission of traditional foxhunting, continued stabilization of the historic Kirkwood Polo Field, and the conservation of Camden&rsquo;s open land for generations to come.&nbsp;
