The Watermore PTFA enhances the educational experience at Watermore Primary School by organizing fundraising events and fostering community spirit, ensuring that every child benefits from enriched learning opportunities.

The Watermore RunFest is here! 🎉 Thank you to everyone who took part last year &mdash; we&rsquo;re excited to bring the event back and make it even bigger and better in 2026. This year we&rsquo;re also introducing a 5K option for anyone who feels the 10K might be a little too far, but still wants to get involved and support the fundraising effort. Whether you run, jog, or walk, we&rsquo;d love to see you there! Finish Line RewardsEvery runner will receive a medal, t-shirt and goodie bag at the finish line, packed with tasty treats and a little celebratory tipple to reward your efforts&hellip; 🍻🍬 After the RaceJoin us back at the school for BBQ, cakes, and entertainment to celebrate your achievement! 🍔🍰 Affiliated RunnerAn affiliated runner is someone who is a member of a running club that is registered with a recognised running organisation. Rainbow Run 🌈<ul data-end="2023" data-start="1832" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li data-end="1896" data-section-id="13k1drf" data-start="1832" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Please arrive before 12:00pm to collect your wristbands.</li><li data-end="1979" data-section-id="160euau" data-start="1897" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Party Peeps will gather everyone on the Watermore playing field at midday.</li><li data-end="2023" data-section-id="mgs4ik" data-start="1980" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The first race will start at 12:30pm. Children will be split according to year group, and there&rsquo;ll be a low key, quieter rainbow run for those who&rsquo;d prefer this option too.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Watermore RunFest 2026

New Term Event Bar 🍎 Use this form to pre-order your drinks and snacks for the New Term Event Bar. Every pound raised helps us fund extra opportunities for Watermore students that the school budget alone can&rsquo;t cover. Where your money goes PTFA funds have already supported the outdoor play area and Scrapstore Playpods. By ordering here, you&rsquo;re helping pay for things like class Christmas presents, refreshed library books, workshops, school trips, and grounds improvements for your children this year.

New Term Event Bar

Join us for a relaxed evening of BBQ food, drinks and fun with new and existing Watermore families on Thursday 17th September 16:30-18:30 in the school playground. It&rsquo;s a great opportunity to meet other parents, catch up with friends, and make new connections while the children enjoy the Timber Trail play equipment. The event is free. Each attendee will receive one free burger and one free drink, and the bar will be open throughout the evening for any additional purchases. Please note that parents and carers remain responsible for their children at all times. Watermore PTFA New Term BBQ & Play

Unwind with an evening of creativity, conversation, and a glass (or two) at our Sip &amp; Paint 🎨🍷. No experience needed - just come ready to relax, try something new, and have a laugh with other Watermore parents, carers, and friends. There&rsquo;ll be a welcome drink for you on arrival, and you can choose from:<ul data-spread="false" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">a glass of prosecco</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">a can of cider or lager</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">a can of soft drink</li></ul>There&rsquo;ll also be a bar available throughout the evening if you&rsquo;d like to purchase more drinks. All proceeds from the event will go directly to Watermore PTFA, helping to support and enhance the children&rsquo;s learning at school. More than that, this is a lovely chance to catch up with other parents, teachers and friends, while supporting our wonderful Watermore Primary School. Don those Silly Hats or Crazy Hair and get ready for the Watermore&nbsp;Sponsored Run 🏃&zwj;♀️🏃&zwj;♂️ On Friday 15 May 2026, pupils at Watermore Primary School will be donning their silliest hats and craziest hairstyles as they take part in a sponsored run to raise much‑needed funds for the Watermore Primary School PTFA. Children will run laps of the school playing field with their classes, showing off their imaginative headwear and hairdos along the way! We would be very grateful if you could sponsor our pupils generously. Funds raised by the PTFA help provide valuable experiences and equipment that the school would not otherwise be able to afford. Every donation makes a real difference in enhancing our pupils&rsquo; education and opportunities.Thank you so much for your support. Donating through Zeffy is simple, fast and totally secure.
