Net proceeds benefit the Sponsor&#39;s scholarship program for area students. The Drawing is conducted in accordance with Section 849.0935, Florida Statutes.Rules1. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Eligibility.&nbsp;Open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.2. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Entry period.&nbsp;Entries will be accepted beginning September 7, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ending October 18, 2026 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time (the &quot;Entry Period&quot;). Suggested donation levels are: 1 entry for $5; 3 entries for $10; 10 entries for $20; 40 entries for $50. Each entry is assigned a unique ticket number. Online entrants receive their ticket numbers by email.4. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;How to enter for free.&nbsp;To receive one (1) free entry without making a donation, hand-print your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address on a 3&quot; x 5&quot; card and mail it to: Women&#39;s Sertoma of Venice, Attn: Sun Fiesta 50/50, P.O. Box 1046 Venice, Fl 34284. Mailed requests must be received by October 14, 2026]. Free entries may also be requested in person at the Sun Fiesta 50/50 booth during the Entry Period. Limit one free entry per person. Free entries are assigned ticket numbers and are included in the Drawing on the same basis as all other entries.5. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Prize.&nbsp;One (1) winner will receive a cash prize equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total gross donations received during the Entry Period (the &quot;Prize&quot;). The Prize is paid from those donations. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is retained by the Sponsor for its scholarship program. The current Prize amount will be displayed on the Zeffy page and at the Women&rsquo;s Sertoma of Venice booth and is an estimate until the Entry Period closes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.6. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Drawing.&nbsp;The winning ticket number will be selected at random from all eligible entries on October 18, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at the Sun Fiesta main stage, Venice, Florida. Online, paper, and free entries are combined into a single pool before the random selection. The selection will be made using the Zeffy random-winner tool and witnessed by at least two officers of the Sponsor.7. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Winner notification and claiming the Prize.&nbsp;The winner need not be present to win. The Sponsor will announce the winning ticket number at the Drawing and will attempt to notify the winner by telephone and email using the contact information provided at entry. The winner must claim the Prize within [30] days of the Drawing by presenting valid government-issued photo identification and the winning ticket number (or email confirmation). If the winner cannot be reached or does not claim the Prize within that period, the Prize will be forfeited and retained by the Sponsor for its scholarship program. The Prize will be paid by check from the Sponsor within [14] days of verification.8. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Taxes.&nbsp;All federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the Prize is $600 or more, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (name, address, and taxpayer identification number) before the Prize is paid, and the Sponsor will issue IRS Form W-2G. Prizes of more than $5,000 are subject to federal income tax withholding at the rate required by law, which will be deducted from the Prize before payment.9. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;General conditions.&nbsp;The Sponsor will not require an entry fee, will not condition the award of the Prize on any donation, will not discriminate between entrants who donate and those who enter free of charge, and will not arbitrarily disqualify any entrant. Donations are not refundable. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The winner consents to the Sponsor&#39;s use of his or her name, likeness, and city of residence for publicity related to the Drawing without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.10. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Contributions.&nbsp;Donations made in connection with this Drawing are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions to the extent the donor receives entries in the Drawing in exchange.
