LXCL:WTAL is a national nonpartisan women-focused advocacy nonprofit advancing equity through systems change. We identify structural barriers affecting females across generations, convene leaders from government, industry, academia, &amp; community to develop practical, evidence-informed solutions. Through research, dialogue, and strategic partnerships, we influence policy, strengthen leadership, and help build a Canada where opportunity expands, barriers are dismantled, &amp; equity becomes operational

Our 2025 national survey surfaced a clear and urgent reality: approximately 21% of over 2,000 respondents identified the challenge of balancing professional ambition with personal responsibilities&mdash;particularly the complexities of marriage and motherhood&mdash;as one of the most pressing forces shaping their lives today. This is not simply a question of time management. It is structural. It is societal. And its consequences ripple across workforce participation, leadership advancement, mental health, and long-term economic security for women. The Ultimate Balancing Act brings this reality into sharp focus.
