El 2026 Caribbean Qarnival 5K para la Conciencia de la Salud Mental es un vibrante evento comunitario familiar que combina fitness, cultura y prop&oacute;sito. Teniendo lugar el s&aacute;bado 16 de mayo de 2026, en Huntsville, Alabama, el evento invita a corredores, caminantes, familias y partidarios de todas las edades a reunirse en celebraci&oacute;n del bienestar y la unidad. The 2026 Caribbean Qarnival 5K for Mental Health Awareness is a vibrant, family-friendly community event that blends fitness, culture, and purpose. Taking place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in Huntsville, Alabama, the event invites runners, walkers, families, and supporters of all ages to come together in celebration of wellness and unity. The 5K race serves as the foundation of the day, encouraging physical activity as a powerful tool for supporting mental health. Participants will experience an energetic and welcoming atmosphere inspired by Caribbean culture, with music, color, and community spirit throughout the course. Following the race, attendees are invited to enjoy the Caribbean Qarnival Fair, featuring live Caribbean-style performances, music, carnival games, interactive booths, food, and activities for all ages. The fair is designed to foster connection, joy, and awareness, while creating an inclusive space where mental health conversations are normalized and supported. Hosted by Y.O.U.T.H. Friendship Foundation, Inc.
