We are so excited to work with you on Sunday, January 14th 2024 from 10 am to 1 pm! The workshop will take place in the Community Room at the Monrovia Library located at 321 S Myrtle Ave., Monrovia, CA 91016. Check-in begins at 9:30. Please arrive in a timely fashion. We will begin promptly at 10:00! Parking: There is lots of free street parking on all streets adjacent to the Library (W Palm, W Lime, S Myrtle and S Primrose). Additionally, there is street parking on other streets nearby and a number of free public parking lots east of Myrtle Ave.   Refund Policy: No Refunds 48 hours prior to the workshop. Before that, a flat fee of $10 will be subtracted from your registration costs for administration costs.   COVID/Illness Policy: We are still in somewhat precarious times regarding the transmission of the COVID virus. Masks will be optional. We encourage participants to test the day before, or the day of the workshop to ascertain your health status. In the event that you test positive or are not feeling well the day of the workshop, we strongly encourage you to let us know and cancel your registration. We will provide you with a refund less $10 for administration costs. However, if you would like to make your registration fee a donation to the Place Within we will be happy to issue you a letter acknowledging your donation.  Please Bring: Here are a few suggestions for making your workshop experience go smoothly: The workshop will start promptly at 10 am. Doors will open at 9:30 for Registration and Check-in. We will be doing movement exercises on the canvas labyrinth (on top of a carpeted floor) as a portion of our workshop, please wear comfortable clothing. Feel free to bring your own Yoga Mats and Lightweight blankets for the Sound Bath meditation section.  Please bring a pair of socks for walking on the Labyrinth’s canvas surface to keep it clean and free of oils and dirt. Both men and women may be participating in this workshop. Please dress in clothing that is respectful and covers you appropriately. Dress in layers. Chairs will be available to sit on. We will include optional group processing as a part of the workshop. We would like to encourage you to bring your journal to record your personal reflections. Art supplies will be supplied for personal processing using art.
