WHEN I PURCHASE A TICKET ONLINE, I HAVE READ TO AND AGREED TO ALL TERMS BELOW:
a. I am aware of the physical demands of the hike and my own capabilities. I also understand that Sitka Trail Works volunteer hike leaders reserve the right to turn me around.
b. Ticket sales are final. I understand that heavy rain alone will not be a reason for cancellation. The trip WILL NOT be cancelled for weather unless the marine transportation company decides the seas are unsafe for travel. STW reserves the right to cancel a trip up to two weeks in advance due to insufficient bookings. A complete trip cancellation is the only case in which STW will issue refunds.
c. I understand that all minor teens & children MUST be accompanied by a responsible paying adult hiker. Additionally, all minors must have a liability waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian.
d. I understand that I may not bring firearms, alcohol, nor illegal drugs (including marijuana) on this hike. Pets may not attend off-island hikes.
