About this Event This is a 4-week course in our Mindfulness Academy.  The goal of this course is to explore mindfulness, its practices and how to apply them into our daily lives.  Each participant will gain knowledge and also experience and practice mindful actions each week.   This class will meet in person on Wednesday evenings from 7-8pm at 1219 Leavenworth Street  (southeast corner) Off-street parking available. In this course, you can expect to build a conceptual understanding of mindfulness, practice cultivating presence, and enhance self-care (well-being) practices. Topics typically include intention setting, concepts and benefits of mindfulness, working with anchors, and self-care strategies.
