($100)</li></ul></li></ul>Membership CategoriesCCIUCN has 3 membership classes, Class A members, Class B members, and Class C members.  Class A Members (IUCN Voting Members)<ol><li>Class A voting membership shall be available only to members of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) as defined in Part III of the IUCN Statutes who have applied and have been accepted for Class A voting membership in the Corporation.</li><li>As set out in the articles, each Class A voting member is entitled to receive notice of, attend and vote on all matters at all meetings of members and each such Class A voting member shall be entitled to one (1) vote at such meetings.</li></ol>Class B Members (IUCN Commission &amp; Working Group Members)<ol><li> Class B voting membership shall be available to persons interested in furthering the mission and objectives of the Corporation and IUCN who have applied and have been accepted for Class B voting membership in the Corporation.</li><li>Subject to the Act and the articles, a Class B voting member shall be entitled to receive notice of and attend meetings of the members of the Corporation and shall be entitled to vote on all matters apart from IUCN matters at meetings of the members of the Corporation.</li></ol>Class C Members (Other interested persons)<ol><li>Class C non-voting honorary membership shall be available to persons recognized for their distinguished service or outstanding achievements in the field of national or international conservation and who have applied or who have been nominated and have been accepted for Class C non-voting membership in the Corporation.</li><li>Subject to the Act and the articles, a Class C non-voting member shall be entitled to receive notice of and attend meetings of the Corporation but shall not be entitled to vote at meetings of the members of the Corporation.</li></ol>
