Teen (13-16) Pageant Contestant Registration

Must be 17 years of age by April 12, 2025 but no older than 21 years of age by January 1, 2026.

Queen (17-21) Pageant Contestant Registration

Must be 18 years of age and legally married by April 12, 2025.

Mrs. (18+) Pageant Contestant Registration

Must be 18 years of age and unmarried by April 12, 2025.

Thank you for your interest for competing in the Charleston Sternwheel Regatta Pageant. The pageant this year will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 4pm at Sissonville High School. The pageant is open statewide to all West Virginia females. If chosen as the titleholder for your age division, you will be required to attend the Charleston Sternwheel Regatta on July 3rd - July 6th. All winners will be required to sign a contract along with other duties & appearances to represent the Charleston Sternwheel Regatta throughout the year.  After reviewing the rules and verifying that you understand them, please proceed with your registration. Registration deadline 4/6/25 at 11:59 p.m. After you pay your entry fee, there will be a link included in your confirmation email. The model is based on transparency: 100% of your money goes to Charleston Regatta, whereas other platforms take a percentage.This is why Zeffy asks for a voluntary contribution, or “tip”: to help pay the bank fees, support the operation of the platform, and allow Charleston Regatta and thousands of other non-profits to increase their impact and change the world.
