We look forward to playing with you! We suggest you do not purchase a paddle until after the clinic.  LOCATION:  This clinic will be held at First Christian Church, 4544 IN-261, Newburgh, IN 47630. Park in the back parking lot and enter under the burgundy awning.  EQUIPMENT:  Loaner paddles will be made available to those who do not have their own equipment.  We will also furnish the indoor balls. You may want to bring a drink with your initials on the lid.  Wear tennis/court shoes and comfortable clothing. CANCELLATION: If you find out that you are unable to attend, please notify us immediately so we can fill your spot from our waitlist. No refunds/credits. Ready to join in on the fun of Pickleball? Introduction to Pickleball is a two-hour beginner program that is ideal for players brand new to this sport or for those who have only been playing for a short while.  This clinic is not intended for anyone with a skill level 2.5 or above.  CLINIC DATES:<ul><li>Thursday, March 6, 2025 – 6:30 – 8:30 PM CT </li><li>Starting in April, classes will return to the outdoor courts</li></ul>CLINIC CONTENT: You will learn the basic fundamentals such as how to hold the paddle, the difference between an outside and indoor ball, court lines, rules, pickleball terminology, basic shots, dinking, serving, positioning and scoring. You will be able to play some practice mini games to incorporate what you learned along with attempting court strategy. COST:    $25 per attendee.  Payable at the time of your online registration. RPSI member $5 discount must be entered at checkout (see your email for the discount code).  No refunds/credits. SPACE: Limited to the first 12 individuals that register/pay (per clinic).  We will reserve 3 courts for this event. Each court will have 1-2 instructors.  No walk-ins.  Each participant must register individually due to the waiver confirmation required. If you are attending with a spouse/friend, please notate it in the additional comments section at the end of the registration form. When registering, if the class says “not available” it is sold out.  Please choose another date.
