The Marine Corps League, Marine Forever, Detachment 1440, of Lutz/Land O&#39;Lakes, Florida will be hosting the 250th Marine Corps Birthday Ball on Monday, November 10th, 2025, at the Carrollwood Country Club (13903 Clubhouse Drive, Tampa, Florida 33618). &nbsp;This event will honor the illustrious 250 year history and traditions of the United States Marine Corps. &nbsp;Cocktail Hour begins at 17:00 (5pm) and the Official Marine Corps Ball and Cake Cutting Ceremony begins at 18:00 (6pm) sharp, to be followed by a three-course plated dinner, door prizes, camaraderie, silent auction, professional photography by Stephaniellen Photography and music provided by DJ Noel LeBlanc. You do not have to be a Marine to celebrate with us, we want everyone to celebrate and experience our birthday traditions together.&nbsp; The Detachment will also be collecting new, unwrapped toys in support of Toys for Tots of Hillsborough, along with the Marines, Navy Corpsmen, and Navy Chaplain of Delta Company, 4th Assault Amphibious Battalion, 4th Marines. &nbsp;Those who donate a new, unwrapped toy of a minimum $10.00 value, will be entered into a special raffle that evening!!!
