✨ VIV'S SPECIAL SELF-CARE WORKSHOP - SEPT 20th 🧘 DOUBLE PROGRAM! Je t'invite à vivre le meilleur vendredi soir de ta vie dans une ambiance immersive, enveloppé par la musique, la lumière et l'amour. Reconnecte avec ton corps, ton centre, et ton Chi. Avec une multitude d'expériences transcendantes Fuckin Sick et de plus en plus efficaces pour se connecter à son corps, je combine ces concepts avec la physiothérapie pour te fournir des outils puissants afin de gérer tes propres douleurs et maximiser ton entraînement. Je suis excitée de présenter cette prochaine édition du Viv's Special Self-Care Workshop au Apex Gym DOWNTOWN! 🤗🧘‍♂️@apexvsl @apex_martialarts Je t'invite à cette soirée de Récupération Active en musique, où se mêlent méditation de pleine conscience, exercices de mobilité, étirements, yoga et auto-massages avec un foam roller. Le tout sera couronné par un intense breathwork pour remplir ton corps d'oxygène et d'énergie positive, tout en clarifiant ton esprit. Les participants aux précédentes sessions ont ressenti un état transformateur de bien-être et un relâchement profond qui a perduré pendant plusieurs semaines. Ça l'air Chaman.. ce l'est. ;)  La soirée est "420 Friendly", c'est-à-dire que tu es encouragé à arriver déjà "pré-relaxé" grâce à tes potions préférées, afin de maximiser tes sensations corporelles et entrer en état méditatif profond. The evening will be topped off with intense breathwork to fill your body with oxygen and positive energy, while clearing your mind. Participants in previous sessions have experienced a transformative state of well-being and deep relaxation that lasted for several weeks. Sounds Shamanic… it is. 😉 The evening is 420 Friendly, meaning you're encouraged to arrive already "pre-relaxed" with your favorite potions to enhance your bodily sensations and enter a deep meditative state. It's not mandatory! 18+ only! DOUBLE PROGRAM!! After this turbo-relaxation session, all participants are invited to stay for a chill movie night!
