IMPORTANT REMINDERS: -Each participant must bring their own bag lunch to the Festival. Snacks, drinks, and dessert will be provided by AFPC. -A liability/media release form is required for each participating child. The form can be found on the <a href="https://www.pcchoirs.org/child-protection-policy" style="color:inherit;text-decoration:inherit;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit" target="_blank">AFPC website</a> and should be submitted to the AFPC office by the conductor at least one month prior to the Festival date.-Choir directors and chaperones must submit to the AFPC office a copy of their <a href="https://www.pcchoirs.org/child-protection-policy" style="color:inherit;text-decoration:inherit;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit" target="_blank">child protection certificate</a> of completion at least one month prior to the Festival date. -At the request of our guest conductors, age limits will be strictly monitored. Grade 4 is the minimum age eligible to participate in a festival. -Legal print music is required for each chorister. As a matter of justice to composers, arrangers and publishers, please plan to order an adequate number of music copies and refrain from distributing photocopied scores.
