Kamala Kouture - Rental AgreementThe Period of Rental begins immediately when outfit is ready for you to collect at our premises. The Period of Rental ends when everything you have rented, is returned within acceptable conditions. Terms & Conditions<ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Renter may not alter or modify the products in any way, including hemming alteration, size, alteration, ironing, or will not attempt to clean, repair, or alter garments at any time without consent from Kamala Kouture.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Major Spray/Fake Tan/ Makeup/ Alcohol /Food Marks or any kind of STAIN: Please be cautious these marks require extra cleaning there will be an additional $75 charge to the item.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">If the products are held beyond the agreed Period of Rent, they remain in your possession without our consent. We will charge you 33% extra of the rent amount of the garment. per day.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">If the Renter wishes to extend rental, the Renter must inform us in advance and will be charged a daily fee prorated against the total rental fee of your garment.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">If the garment gets damaged or has been returned with wear and tear, the client will pay the repair/alteration fees.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Pickup Deliveries & Return should be managed by Renter, if renter cannot make it then Kamala Kouture must be notified at least 3 days before the pickup date. Delivery/ return from us will charge extra $50 within Cincinnati. Unable to return the garment on the original return date (Time: 08:00PM at the latest) will lead to a charge of 33% of rental amount per day.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Cancellation and Replacement- Renter may cancel/Replace it anytime within 14 days from booking date and will be issued a full refund, no refund after 14 days from booking date. Cancellations will not be accepted on days where there is a sale or a promo offer.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Security: Kamala Kouture requires security (twice the rental price), which is fully refundable if the garment is returned in the same condition as it was delivered (excludes cleaning).</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Renter authorizes Kamala Kouture to deduct repair or extra cleaning costs from this amount if any damages incurred refer T&C above.</li></ul>
