Il est maintenant l'heure de vous présenter le dernier événement de notre session d'automne : Mix-n-Pitch! 🥂 Le Comptoir et la YEP s'associent pour une compétition de pitch qui, nous l'espérons, réveillera votre esprit entrepreneurial. Le but ? 🎯 Création d’un concept de restaurant en équipe (3-5 personnes) : concept, image de marque, logo potentiel, menu, décoration du restaurant, et même un cocktail signature lors d'un pitch de 5 minutes qui se déroulera le vendredi 24 novembre. Le déroulement ? 📌- Lundi 20 novembre à 18h : distribution du cas ! Rejoignez nous à la salle San José pour poser toutes vos questions.- Mercredi 22 novembre : Conférence avec des professionnels de l'industrie de la restauration. Vous recevrez également une contrainte à respecter pour la création de votre cocktail qui sera établit en fonction d’un QUIZ. Enfin, une activité de mixologie, présentée par Simon Déziel, ancien du Comptoir et barman professionnel, vous permettra d'approfondir vos connaissances dans le domaine.- Vendredi 24 novembre : Présentation du concept de chaque équipe au Salon Mont-Royal. Un cocktail de réseautage réunissant participants, spectateurs et professionnels de l'industrie viendra clore cet événement. Le coût ? 💰 Pour participer, nous demandons 10 $ pour les participants et 5 $ pour les spectateurs (comprend la présence lors des présentations et le cocktail de réseautage).
