Join us as The Cascades welcomes world-renowned maestro of classical Indian music, Ustad Mushfiq Hashimi! Mushfiq is the Founder and Artistic Director of Mushfiq Arts Company in Ottawa, a center that offers classes in vocal, instrumental, visual arts and calligraphy.He is a world renowned artist who speaks seven languages, sings in twelve languages and performs globally with his own ensemble. Mushfiq is a Master composer, vocalist and instrumentalist with over thirty five years of musical experience.He holds two Masters in Music from Holland's renowned, Rotterdams Conservatorium of Music and from Pracheen Kala Kendra in India. General Admission includes concert and a traditional Indian dinner. Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. The Cascades guesthouse is located in the heart of the Berkshire Mountains, sitting atop a hill next to a cascading waterfall, in what was originally a Shaker Mill. Stay the night in one of our cozy rooms for at a special rate.  This one time event will be held in an intimate setting, so seating is limited.
