All food vendors are required to submit a copy of their unexpired food permit, insurance coverage, and a copy of their VDH Permit Notice to Participate (separate from the permit) through the Loudoun County Health Department (Section 2, pages 2-6: https://www.loudoun.gov/DocumentCenter/View/125802/Temporary-Food-Vendor-Application-and-Information-Packet?bidId=)
