Teams will be divided into 2 subdivisions based on prior year placement. ie With 12 teams total, teams will be split into 2 divisions of 6 teams each, with opportunity for promotion and relegation for next year's tournament.

No-Show Penalty
US$300
To protect the value of all entries, Teams that no-show to their games will be penalized with a fee. $250 will be forwarded to the affected opponent, the remainder will be donated. Teams that do not pay the penalty fee within 30 days will not be welcomed back to the tournament.
