T-Shirts are available to purchase this year and will be available for pick up the week before the Hike. They are available in the following sizes:  Youth Small, Medium, and Large; Adult  Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, XX-Large, XXX-Large. Order Deadline: Thursday, April 1, 2021.

New to Hike these memorial signs will be displayed along Mud Creek Trail for the week of April 26—May 2, 2021. After the event the signs will available for the purchaser to pick up and take home. Included on the sign will be your loved ones name, picture and a message (maximum 30 words). Please send the information to foundation@chathamkenthospice.com.

Spring is here which means it is time to #Hike4HospiceCK! This year, in order to keep everyone safe, we are encouraging you to hike Mud Creek Trail any time between April 26th to May 2nd. 
Of course if you can’t make it out to Mud Creek, you can participate remotely by completing your hike wherever you would like. The important thing is to get active while raising essential funds to support future Hospice residents and families. 
Please remember to follow all local health guidelines regarding social gatherings and distancing. &nbsp;
New this year we are offering the opportunity to purchase memorial signs that will be displayed along the trail throughout Hike week. They will feature the name, picture and message of your loved one who has passed. 
Also available to purchase is our 2021 Hike for Hospice T-Shirt.

After completing this transaction you will have been redirected to a site that allows you to create your own online fundraising page.
Once your page is set up you will receive another email that includes the link to customize the picture and message on your page. The email will have a second link to share with friends and family.
