MH Fest 2023

May has been observed as Mental Health Awareness Month since 1949 when it was established by Mental Health America (MHA) formerly known as National Association for Mental Health.  As a non-profit organization whose mission is to raise awareness and normalize discussions on mental health, we are hosting our first full-day event where we will have multiple workshops on different mental health topics. Our goal is to educate our participants on mental health-related topics through discussions on stigma, toxic positivity, mindfulness, trauma cross-culturally, sexuality, and support.  Since we would like to make this event accessible to anyone no matter your location, to reach more audiences and spread awareness, we are hosting this event virtually through Instagram Live.
