This notice must be emailed to </span><a href="mailto:events@hhhranchil.org" target="_blank">events@hhhranchil.org</a><span>, if terms are met we will provide a refund less 25% of the deposit paid. </span></li><li><span>Failure to pay the remainder of the outstanding invoice total at least 5 business days prior and/or give a cancellation notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit unless other arrangements have been made.</span></li><li><span>If we do not receive a cancellation notice in writing or you do not show to the event this will result in the termination of the deposit/balance paid and no refund will be issued</span></li><li><span>Any refunds due will be issued within 30 calendar days of notice </span></li><li><span>If paying by check, the actual calendar date HHH Ranch receives the check is the date we use for terms, we will not consider issued on or mailed on dates.</span></li><li><span>The final headcount is due 7 days prior to the event. We do not issue credits/refunds if the headcount is less on the day of the event.
