Enfin, un·e membre n'a pas le pouvoir de donner des ordres, des instructions ou des directives spécifiques sur la manière dont les administrateur·trice·s doivent accomplir leurs fonctions, sauf lors d'une réunion générale et si cela relève de la responsabilité de cette réunion. DémissionUn·e membre peut démissionner à tout moment en fournissant un avis écrit au Conseil d'Administration. Cependant, leur démission ne les exonère pas du paiement de toute cotisation ou autre montant dû à l'ICRC avant que leur démission ne prenne effet. Un·e membre assujetti·e à des cotisations doit payer les cotisations de l'année en cours à moins qu'iel ne démissionne dans les trois (3) mois suivant le début de l'exercice financier Cotisation annuelle Le Conseil d'Administration peut, par un vote à la majorité des voix exprimées, fixer une cotisation annuelle payable par chaque membre assujetti·e à des cotisations conformément à ces règlements. La cotisation annuelle est renouvelable chaque année à la date anniversaire de l'adhésion. Non-paiement des cotisationsLes membres qui n'ont pas payé leurs cotisations pendant trois (3) mois ou l'équivalent en participation peuvent faire face à l'expulsion de leur statut de membre. Cependant, iels peuvent retrouver leur adhésion après avoir rectifié la situation et payé tout arriéré si requis par le Conseil d'Administration. Suspension ou ExpulsionLe Conseil d'Administration peut réprimander, suspendre ou exclure un·e membre ayant enfreint les règlements de l'Association ou ayant mis en péril les intérêts de l’ICRC par ses activités ou son comportement. Avant de prendre toute mesure, le Conseil d'Administration doit envoyer au·à le·la membre une lettre ou une notification par tout autre moyen stipulé par le Code de procédure civile du Québec pour l'informer des éléments suivants : les accusations portées contre lui·elle, la date, l'heure et le lieu de la réunion où son cas sera discuté. Pendant cette réunion, iel doit avoir la possibilité de se défendre. Le Conseil d'Administration peut automatiquement exclure un·e membre s'iel n'a pas payé sa cotisation dans les trois (3) mois suivant la date à laquelle elle était due.

Le Conseil d'Administration de l'organisation peut désigner toute personne occupant un poste d’emploi actif ou ayant un accord de prestation de services avec l'organisation comme membre de l'équipe, dans le but de favoriser la réalisation de ses objectifs pour une durée déterminée par le Conseil d'Administration. Le statut de membre travailleur est accordé par le Conseil d'Administration sur demande. Aucune demande n’est nécessaire pour le maintien de ce statut. Les membres travailleurs ont le droit de participer à toutes les activités de l’organisation, de recevoir des avis de réunions des membres et d’y assister.
