She is an experienced thought-partner in fundraising, board development and operations, program evaluation, strategic planning, communications, and marketing.In addition to her work with The HAP Foundation, Noelle serves as President of the board of directors of the Stevenson High School Foundation. She also serves as a member of the Illinois Department of Public Health Community Health Worker Review Board since her October 2022 appointment by Illinois Senate President Don Harmon. In December 2022, Noelle was appointed to be an inaugural member of the Vernon Township Community Mental Health Board, and currently serves as its President.
