WORLD HEART DAY IS SEPTEMBER 29th!🫀 LETZ MOVE WITH REKA presents our 2nd LETZ MOVE HEART WALK (6 miles) September 24th 9am @ Truman Parkway Trail.  In honor of world Heart Day, we have chosen to spread information and knowledge around keeping a stronger heart while taking preventive measures.  Our goal is to encourage people to increase their physical activity as a sustained lifestyle change, not just a one-off event. I challenge you to walk at least 3hrs a week for the month of September... we aim to encourage ongoing, regular physical activity, which can dramatically lower an individual’s risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD). Regular exercise is also proven to improve mental health, and to lower the risk of obesity-related diseases.
